Young Adult Dinner with the Superintendent
If you’re a ministry leader who serves young adults between the ages of 18-29, you’re invited to a special dinner hosted by our Superintendent.

AG National Director of Discipleship
As the National Director of the Assemblies of God Christian Education and Discipleship Department, Rev. Elly Marroquin desires to see an intergenerational, Spirit-empowered church demonstrating a growing knowledge of God’s word.
Having been saved in an AG church while attending a Girl’s Ministry meeting, Elly understands the importance of discipleship and the knowledge of God’s word. Until recently, her and her husband Sergio pastored Prince of Peace Church in Garfield, NJ which they planted in 2000. Elly has two master’s degrees in Bilingual Education and Educational Leadership.
Prior to her appointment, Elly served as the Spanish Eastern Director of Christian Education where she oversaw 491 churches in 17 states and 80 schools of ministry. She currently serves on the board at the University of Valley Forge.
Sergio and Elly have two wonderful daughters: Emmy and Carolynn.
Ready to Launch: Church Planters Dinner
Join Superintendent Ralph Campbell and our Church Multiplication Team for an evening dedicated to church planters, spouses, and anyone sensing a call to start, join, or support church planting efforts across the Potomac region!
This dinner is a chance to connect personally with Pastor Ralph, hear his heart and vision for multiplication across our network, and share the resources and support available to you as a planter. We'll close our time together in prayer, asking God to multiply gospel impact throughout DC, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Ministers Retreat
Join us for Ministers Retreat 2026 to gather with fellow pastors, spouses, ministry leaders from all across Potomac Ministry Network to step away from your routine and enjoy a time of encouragement, community, and refreshing!
Held Monday-Wednesday, September 28th-30th at the beautiful Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa Short Pump in Richmond, VA, this year’s event includes an amazing lineup of speakers, worship, and sessions – all centered on Psalm 126: one story…walked together. Don’t miss this invitation to be restored, be renewed, and become like “Those Who Dream!”
SYATP (See You At the Pole) Day
Join students across the Potomac Ministry Network and the entire nation as they gather to pray on Wednesday, September 23rd for See You at the Pole! This annual, student-led event brings young people together at their school flagpoles before class to pray for their schools, friends, families, and nation. Encourage the students and youth ministries in your church to participate and stand together in prayer!

National Youth Director, Assemblies of God
Austin is a third-generation Assemblies of God minister who heard the call to preach at the age of 16 while attending the Assemblies of God National Youth Convention. He went on to attend Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, where he met his wife, Lauren.
Austin and Lauren have served as youth pastors, district youth directors, and most recently, Director of Student Discipleship for AG Youth. They have three children: Jude, Quinn, and Tate
Labor Day (Office Closed)

Monthly Superintendent Zoom
As we begin this new season together in the Potomac Ministry Network, one of our shared commitments will be to intentionally cultivate theological depth and spiritual formation among our ministers. Throughout church history, seasons of theological clarity have almost always produced seasons of missional vitality, while theological drift has inevitably led to missional drift.
My prayer is that PMN would be a fellowship of men and women whose minds are shaped by Scripture, whose hearts are formed by Jesus, and whose lives are continually empowered by the Holy Spirit. That’s why I am excited that we are beginning this journey together immediately.
For our first Superintendent’s Zoom Call, I have invited prominent Pentecostal theologian, Dr. David Trementozzi, Dean of Graduate Studies and Chair of Systematic Theology at Continental Theological Seminary in Belgium, to join us for an important conversation.

David’s scholarship and ministry have helped shape major theological conversations on Pentecostal theology and spiritual formation within the global Pentecostal movement.
He will introduce a compelling framework for understanding Pentecostal formation through what he calls the “Three-Legged Stool” of Pentecostal theology: orthodoxy (right belief), orthopraxy (right practice), and orthopathy (right affections).
This will not simply be an academic discussion. It will be a practical and encouraging conversation about becoming ministers whose doctrine, lives, and hearts are continually being shaped by the Holy Spirit for the sake of Christ and His mission.
I hope you will l make every effort to join us, as we begin the first of many conversations that will help us grow together as ministers, pastors, and leaders.

ABOUT DR. DAVID TREMENTOZZI
Dr. David Trementozzi serves as Dean of Graduate Studies and Chair of Systematic Theology at Continental Theological Seminary in Belgium. He is a highly respected Pentecostal theologian and author, whose work focuses on Pentecostal theology, the ministry of the Holy Spirit, and spiritual formation. David has presented widely in Europe and North America and has helped shape major theological conversations within the global Pentecostal movement.

PURPOSE: Election of new Regional Executive Presbyter and Q&A time with Superintendent.
AGENDA: In subsequent action of the election of Rev. Ralph C. Campbell III as the Superintendent Elect at LEAD Conference, Resolution #1.2 was presented and carried by majority vote. This resolution allowed for the Central Region to conduct a special forum within 90 days for the purpose of electing an Executive Presbyter to fill the full term of office. This event is that special forum, and you can view a list of eligible ministers for this office below.

What time will voting take place?Please arrive on time. We will close the nominations submitted at the check-in desk at 10:55 AM.
What churches are allowed to send a delegate? Only General Council and District Council affiliated Churches are entitled to send one non-credentialed delegate. The Potomac Constitution Article VII. Membership, paragraph 2. reads, "All General Council or District Council affiliated local churches shall have the right to send a delegate for representation in business meetings of the Potomac Ministry Network. The delegate must present a letter of certification signed by the secretary or pastor of the church being represented."
Who is eligible for nomination as Executive Presbyter of the Central Region? For your convenience, we have provided a list of active ordained ministers in the Central Region. Click below to download. Hard copies will be available day of as well.
Is there a way to vote by absentee ballot or by proxy?No, our bylaws require voters to be present in the meeting.
