The Potomac Ministry Network (PMN) of the Assemblies of God exists to equip and support ministers and ministries to fulfill The Great Commission.
Founded in 1917 and serving over 350 churches and 1,050+ individuals across DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and surrounding regions – every department, resource, event and activity of this network is aimed towards that goal. Learn more > ABOUT

Interested in pursuing Ministerial Credentials? Applications for Assemblies of God ministerial credentials must be made through your local district council – The Potomac Ministry Network. There are three levels of credentials: Certified, Licensed, and Ordained. To begin the application process, transfer from another district, or upload transcripts for evaluation, explore our Credentialing page to get started!

Whether you’re seeking internship experience, educational enrichment, ministerial credentials, or a college-level degree, we can connect you with the right resource. In an effort to support the Ministers, Leaders and Credential Holders in Potomac Ministry Network, we offer Presbyter Circles (for Pastors and Ministers) and Care Circles (for Para-Church Leaders and Credential Holders) to provide connection, community, support and accountability on a small-group level. Based on regions, contact our team to explore joining or leading a circle.

The Potomac Ministry Network has a Memorandum of Understanding with several counseling services, and as an investment in the health of our ministers, the PMN will pay for the first three hours/sessions of counseling for a credentialed minister. Click below to learn more.
