Hosted by Women Who Lead, VOICE is a conference that exists to connect all ministry women serving across Potomac Ministry Network: for encouragement, fellowship and becoming further equipped to fulfill the Great Commission together! Held Saturday, November 14th at Word of Life Church in Springfield, VA, if you are a woman who is a minister, missionary, ministry leader, or is married to a minister, this event is for YOU!

Meet Our Speaker
Dr. Carmen Imes is the author of Bearing God’s Name: Why Sinai Still Matters, Being God’s Image: Why Creation Still Matters, and Becoming God’s Family: Why the Church Still Matters
Carmen holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Multnomah University, an M.A. in Biblical Studies from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Biblical Theology from Wheaton College. Carmen is an associate professor of Old Testament at Talbot School of Theology, Biola University, in Southern California.

The work beneath the work. Ministry requires us to give so much of ourselves. Beneath the visible work of caring for others, there is an often-neglected work God wants to do in us. This breakout invites you to slow down, bring your honest heart before Jesus, and rediscover the freedom of loving people without carrying the responsibility of being their Savior.
