Held each fall, the Small Church Conference is a gathering specifically designed for pastors of small churches (congregations of 100 or less) to enjoy a low-cost weekend of encouragement and connection. KEYNOTE SPEAKER: DALE SELLERS

Dale Sellers has been in ministry for 43 years. He and his wife Gina have been married for 43 years. They have three daughters and two sons in law, and two awesome grandchildren!

He launched Dale Sellers Leadership, Inc. in March 2014 to assist organizations in the areas of leadership, inspiration and evangelism. Dale became a ministry consultant for The Unstuck Group in April 2017 with a focus on helping the small church. In July 2018, he accepted the position as the Executive Director of the 95Network which is a non-profit ministry designed to help small to medium sized churches through Content, Connections, Consulting, Coaching and Conferences.

Dale signed with David C Cook Publishing and released his first book entitled, STALLED: Hope & Help For Pastors Who Thought They'd Be There By Now, in September of 2020. You can contact him at dale@95network.org.

GUEST SPEAKER: TIM HALBFOERSTER

Tim Halbfoerster of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, is the lead pastor of River of God Church, a multi-campus church in the Harrisburg area of Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Marie, have pastored this congregation since 1996. Tim had a dramatic conversion experience with Christ in 1980 that brought immediate freedom from years of drug and alcohol addiction. Upon graduation from the University of Valley Forge in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in the Bible, Tim began to pastor churches in Pennsylvania, revitalizing his first church and planting the next two. He has been an ordained Assemblies of God minister since 1988. In June of 2022, Tim completed a graduate degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Church Revitalization from the University of Valley Forge.

Since 2003, Tim has led Bridge Builders, a Pennsylvania-Delaware Assemblies of God Network Initiative that assists churches and church members during seasons of conflict. In addition, he has served in various Assembly of God leadership capacities in every section of churches where he has resided. Currently, Tim is serving as presbyter of the South Central East Section of the Penndel Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God. Tim has also served in executive leadership positions in his local ecumenical ministerium. Tim and Marie are patched-in members of the Black Sheep Motorcycle Ministry that serves and evangelizes local H.O.G. members (Harley Davidson Owners Group). He is vice-president of the Harrisburg Black Sheep Chapter.

Tim and Marie have three daughters, three sons-in-law, and eight grandchildren.
