Hosted by Women Who Lead, VOICE is a conference and retreat that exists to provide connection with other ministry women, to equip you for ministry ahead, and to create space for processing with God. Held Friday, October 24th at Chapel Springs Church (11500 New Life Way Bristow, VA 20136), if you are a woman who is a minister, missionary, ministry leader, or is married to a minister, this event is for YOU!
ADD-ON: Make plans to stay Friday evening and overnight Saturday, October 25th to enjoy a guided personal prayer retreat! (*Only available when added to a conference registration. Hotel bookings are the responsibility of the individual.)

Cynthia Ghandi Dobbs
MAIN SESSION SPEAKER
Cynthia serves on the National AG Network of Women Ministers LEAD Team as the Leadership Development Specialist. Cynthia also serves as the Oklahoma Network Director of Network of Women Ministers and the South Central Area Director for Chi Alpha. She often speaks at special events and conferences through engaging, informed, and inspirational messages. She provides training in areas of Prayer, Spiritual Warfare, Spiritual Disciplines, Discipleship, and Leadership. Cynthia is the author of numerous devotional and ministry resources, perhaps most notably Ramen Noodles for the Collegiate Soul. She has contributed to the Bible Engagement Project’s adult curriculum. Her work has been featured in publications as varied as New York’s Voice of the Voiceless and Guideposts Magazine.

Jenny Shin Groff
RETREAT GUIDE
Jenny Groff serves as the Operations Director for the Northeast Region of Chi Alpha. Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies at Western Seminary, Jenny is passionate about helping others experience a deeper life with God through Spiritual Formation. She and her husband, Ben, live in Philadelphia, where she enjoys reading, long walks, and cheering on the Eagles.

Men & Women Working Together for the Kingdom of God
WITH DR. ANNA MORGAN, DR. STEPHANIE NANCE, & REV. CYNTHIA DOBBS
In this breakout session, we will talk about the importance of addressing working together as men and women in order to move the Gospel forward. These women will bring their expertise and experience to talk about the issues that can often come up and be barriers to women being able to do what God has called them to do as well as the tensions that can be present when not everyone has the same views. This panel will also have significant time to respond to questions.

Healthy Relationships with Family & Friends: Rev. Linda Seagears & Dr. Esther Edwards

In this breakout session, Linda and Esther will impart their wisdom when it comes to maintaining healthy families and friendship while being a woman in ministry. Linda and Esther have been friends in ministry and they come with experience as ministers, women’s ministry leaders and wives of ministers!

Healthy Discipleship-Centric Ministries
WITH REV. LISA HACKETT
In this breakout session we will learn and discuss how to build healthy ministries that have discipleship as the focus. Whether you are leading a women’s ministry, small groups, or entire churches this breakout will help you navigate keeping disciple-making at the core of the ministry. Lisa has experience as a pastor’s wife and as a pastor on staff giving her broad experience as a ministry woman.
