We will give tangible steps and discuss how to ensure these innovations amplify your mission while keeping human connection at the forefront. You'll come away with a vision for how AI can help impact your community and make disciples more effectively.

Shepherding Your People through Personal Crisis
with Dr. Jason Karampatsos
Even the strongest leaders can struggle to know how to best care for those in their church that battle addictions. Although no two addicts or addictions are identical, we'll explore some universal and targeted interventions and strategies to best provide pastoral care for those when they may need it the most.

Trauma Informed Ministry: Recognizing and Responding with care to Trauma, Spiritual Abuse, and Grooming
with Leah Wilson, M.A., LPC-S
This session equips ministry and church leaders to better understand how trauma—including spiritual abuse and grooming—impacts individuals in our ministries. It also offers practical, compassionate approaches for recognizing these experiences and responding in ways that promote healing and safety.

with John Morgan & Dr. Anna Morgan
With extensive backgrounds in pastoral leadership, evangelism, training, and academic development, the Morgans bring a wealth of experience in strengthening and sustaining vibrant churches. This session will offer insights and strategies to help church leaders prepare for the future, ensuring their ministries remain impactful and resilient in an evolving landscape.
MEET THE BREAKOUT SPEAKERS

Brianne Shaw is a bi-vocational pastor at Vineyard Church in Los Angeles. She previously planted and served a church in Denver alongside her husband for nine years. In addition to her local church leadership, she serves as the Director of Church Marketing at Gloo, where she works closely with pastors and church leaders across the country to help them lead well in a season of rapid change.

Dr. Jason Karampatsos is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. He received his B.S. in Bible from the University of Valley Forge, and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University Maryland. Dr J has served as both staff and lead pastor while providing counseling to ministry leaders and advising churches on how to address mental health challenges within their own communities. This unique diversity of ministry has opened doors for him to speak into the lives of leaders of a wide range of ministry backgrounds in both the conference setting as well as one-on-one counseling. He is the author of The Elephant in the Marriage and Seven Misperceptions of God, proud father of three and husband of over 30 years to his best friend and ministry partner.

Leah is a professional counselor, university professor, and speaker. She lives in Springfield, Missouri, where she enjoys coffee in the morning and spending time with her family.
Her approach in counseling is to offer a safe place for change, healing, and breakthrough. She has learned is that grace is the anti-perfectionism and that restoration in your heart and mind is a worthwhile journey.Healing is a process. Perfection is a myth. Healing takes time, and it’s okay to take time to heal.

John and Anna are Lead Pastors of Word of Life Church in Springfield VA. John and Dr. Anna Morgan, love the Church and its mission. Together they have a vision to see people encounter Jesus and become planted in Christian community.
John Morgan is a pastor, evangelist, trainer, and mentor. He has committed his life to building the local church as a strong, exciting and vibrant counterpart to an amazing Savior.
Dr. Anna has been in pastoral ministry for more than twenty years. She supports the development of church leader and is the Vice President of Academics at Ascent Bible College. She holds a Doctorate in Missionology focused on developing women in church leadership and a Masters degree in Global leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary.

The full conference registration is $79 and covers access to all conference programming on Tuesday and Wednesday.
While the Ordination Service on Monday evening is free and open to the public, attendees must purchase a full conference ticket to attend both Tuesday and Wednesday.
One-day tickets are $30 and are valid for only one day. One-day tickets may not be combined to attend multiple days in place of a full conference registration.
