As we prepare to meet this September 30 – October 2 at The Gathering in Winchester, Virginia, please watch the video below for important instructions on the Potomac Ministry Network's Superintendent nomination and selection process.
In addition to encouraging all members of our fellowship to fast and pray in the days leading up to this important special session, the video also includes details on how you can participate in the voting process. Thank you in advance for your prayers and partnership!

All credentialed ministers will receive a informational packet in the mail. If you do not receive one by July 15th, please contact our office.
In the packet, please note your MINISTER ID # that has been assigned to you and will be used on your ballot.
Review the list of active ordained ministers (available for download on this page) to make your nomination.
Upon completing your ballot, please postmark and return your ballot by July 31st to our network office.
