COACHING RESOURCES
From calling to clarity to confidence: coaching that makes a difference.
FULFILLING THE GREAT COMMISSION TOGETHERMinister Coaching Resources
In the Potomac Ministry Network, we believe our ministers are called to lead with purpose, walk closely with God, and build life-giving relationships. But in today’s ever-changing world, leading a church or ministry requires more than just passion—it demands clarity, adaptability, and resilience. That’s where coaching comes in.
Coaching is a powerful, personalized tool designed to help you lead with greater confidence, stay grounded in your calling, and grow both spiritually and professionally. Through a trusted minister/coach partnership, you’ll gain insight, develop strategies, and take meaningful steps toward your goals.
PMN Coaching: How it Works
Our PMN coaches are not only seasoned ministry leaders—they’re professionally trained, certified, and committed to walking alongside you. Each coach has completed at least 32 hours of formal training and 10 hours of mentor coaching.
To ensure every PMN minister has access to the benefits of coaching, PMN is making your first three sessions available for just $25 each—a value of $75 to $200 per session. Even better, every newly credentialed minister will have the opportunity to receive three fully sponsored coaching sessions at no cost. Afterward, you’re welcome to continue with your coach at their standard rate. PMN is proud to subsidize this opportunity, so you pay only a fraction of the actual cost.
You don’t have to lead alone.
Let’s move from calling to clarity — and from clarity to confidence — together.
Coaching can help you navigate:
Leadership development
Church growth strategies
Life transitions
Church planting
Congregational engagement
Work-life balance
Spiritual renewal
Goal setting and follow-through
Accountability and next steps
