In that sense, we’re all dependent to some degree on fostering creativity with those individuals capable of coming up with the new formula or process that will change the game. That power is greatly multiplied when developing creativity within your team.
Most small churches don’t believe they can have a significant impact in their community. A “small church” mentality can keep churches from accomplishing all God has for them. In this discussion we will be defining success for the small church, discuss barriers to that success and practical ways to change the “small church” mentality.
