MAPS (mission Abroad Placement Services) provides opportunities for mean and women to become actively involved in foreign missions on a short term, 9 day trip. Revs. David and Linda Nichols have served as the Potomac District World MAP Leaders since March of 1998, and have led over 36 MAPS trips to more than 23 countries. They have built churches, Bible schools, Teen Challenge facilities, children's camps, LACC Christian schools and feeding stations for kids. They include music, children' ministry, evangelism and tract distribution on every trip. We invite you to come with us for a life changing experience and a personal retreat with God.

WORLD MISSIONS MAPS NEWS FLASH

On October 16-23, 2010, we lead another World Missions Maps trip, this time to Port au Prince, Haiti. Eleven people from seven different churches went with us and we were hosted by veteran missionaries Donnie and Debra Daniels.

Our project was to rebuild a retaining wall 42-feet across by 14-block high next to a two-story Christian school that was destroyed by the earthquake in January.

For ministry, we handed out gifts to children at the school and also had an opportunity to pray with a little girls who had a growth on her head. The highlight of the trip was leading a young man whose name is Asenel to the Lord. Today his name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life.

We thank the Lord for his faithfulness in allowing us to celebrate our 23rd year of World maps Ministry (1987-2010).

We are headed to the Grenadine Islands April 8-16, 2011 to complete the only Assemblies of God church. Cost is $1,249.00 per person (approx). Deposit of $50.00 is due before Dec 15, 2010. Would love for you to join us.
