MINISTER RENEWALS

RENEWALS ARE NOW CONSIDERED LATE AND
MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A $50.00 LATE FEE.

 

Credential Renewal Instructions:

      1.  We mailed your Potomac District Tithe Support Verification form on November 3, 2009. This form must be returned to the District Office with your credential renewal form. With the Support Verification form please do the following:

·         Verify your compliance

·         Supply written explanation if needed

·         Be sure to sign your verification form.


2.  Complete the Credential Renewal form sent to you from General Council, or use the downloadable form [see instructions below].

·         Answer all the questions

·         Sign and date your renewal

·         Send the fees required


3.   Return the Support Verification Form and the Credential Renewal Form to:

4.    PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FEE FOR RENEWALS RECEIVED AFTER DECEMBER 31, 2009 IS $50.00 and AFTER JANUARY 15, 2009, THE REINSTATMENT FEE WILL BE $100 AND AN EXTRA $75.00 TO DO THE BACKGROUND AND FINANCIAL CHECK THAT IS NOW REQUIRED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL.

5.   PLEASE NOTE:

·     DO NOT SEND FORMS TO THE GENERAL COUNCIL, AS THIS WILL DELAY YOUR RENEWAL.

·     DO NOT SEND RENEWAL FORMW WITHOUT THE SUPPORT VERIFICATION FORM, AS YOUR RENEWAL CANNOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE SUPPORT VERIFICATION FORM.

General Council information - Downloadable Renewal Forms

Thank you for completing your annual credentials renewal online! This saves resources for both the General and District Councils.

Here are the instructions for renewing:

1.    Go to www.generalsecretary.ag.org

2.    Follow the Minister Credential Renewal Forms link.

3.    Follow the prompts and instructions on each screen, including the items below. Note:  you may find your account number on your Minister (Fellowship) Card; or by emailing na@ag.org (include your full official name and address); or calling 417.862.2781 extension 1114.

4.    Review your contact and personal information, and correct if needed.

5.    Answer questions 1-9 (or, if retired, the Statement of Fundamental Truths item).

6.    If General Council dues are owed, either pay your dues online, or write a check made payable to the General Council, when sending both General Council and District Council renewal forms to your district office. 

7.    If District Council dues or renewal fee are owed, write a separate check to your District.

8.    Print and sign both the General Council and the District Council copies. 

9.    Remember to enclose payment(s), if applicable.

10.Mail both renewal forms and checks to your District Council office postmarked no later than December 31, 2009.
