What are the consequences for missing the deadline?

Ministers who fail to renew on time will be charged a late fee of $50.00. Fees should be paid by supplying 2 checks, one payable to the Potomac District Council for $25.00, and one payable to General Council for $25.00.

Ministers who fail to renew by January 15, 2012 will be lapsed.

A minister desiring to reinstate once lapsing will be required to:

1) pay a $100.00 fee,

2) complete a reinstatement application, and

3) submit to a criminal and credit background check.

As above, fees should be paid by supplying 2 checks, one payable to the Potomac District Council for $50.00, and one payable to General Council for $50.00.

May I pay my General Council dues online?

Yes, there will be a link available when you visit the General Council site to renew.

May I pay my Potomac District tithe online?

Yes - click here.

May I send in one check to cover both General Council dues and Potomac District tithe?

NO. If renewing through the mail, send separate checks for General Council dues and Potomac District tithe.

My forms are misplaced. May I get a replacement?

Yes. Visit the General Council site to download a renewal form. Click here to submit an online Support Verification form. Click here to request a copy of your paper Support Verification form.*

*NOTE: Do not delay submitting your renewal beyond the December 31 deadline. Choosing the online option will be the best way to insure your materials are submitted on time.

I plan to use the paper option. Should I staple all my papers together?
