The Leadership Development Cohorts were developed by Dr. Mel Ming of the Northwest Ministry Network and Steve Mills, designer of the "We Build People" program.  These cohorts will be located in each region of the district.  The presentation team includes Ken Burtram, Gary Butler, Tom Conant, Troy Gearhart, Tedd Manning and Wayne Rimmer.  Participation in one of the Leadership Development Cohorts requires that each pastor bring at least three additional leaders to the sessions (more is better). The Leadership Development Cohorts will meet five times per year on an every-other-month basis.  Cost is a one-time fee of $50 plus the purchase of materials.  Click HERE for dates, locations and additional information.

Pastor Growth Groups are monthly meetings for pastors, staff members and their spouses where you can spend a couple of hours in an interactive presentation and discussion about leadership and/or church health. Currently we are viewing the video version of Reggie McNeal's book, The Present Future, and then discussing the material.
