Lodging will be at the Williamsburg Marriott, located at 50 Kingsmill Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185. To make room reservations, please call the hotel directly (757-220-2500) no later than January 14, 2009 to receive the group discounted rate of $99 per room/per night. In order to get the discounted rate, you must ask for the block of rooms under "Potomac Women's Ministry: Ladies Winter Conference." FAQ's Q: Is childcare provided? Are there any special age limits? A: Unfortunately, we are not able to offer childcare at this time. Older, mature teenagers and young adult women are highly encouraged to attend. Our goal is to have diverse attendees in multiple stages of life, spanning from 20 somethings up to the 100's! Q: What is the dress code? A: Most women come in jeans or dress slacks with a sweater or blouse. Q: Can I register at the door? A: At the door registrations are accepted. Please note that at the door registration is $75 a person. Q: I would like to register for the LWC and am mailing my form in, who should I make my check out to?
