The Potomac District provides a group term life insurance policy that covers all our credentialed ministers. Coverage begins the month following one becoming a Potomac District minister, and ceases when credentials are transferred to another district or are terminated.
To file a claim, the family should contact our office. We will forward the necessary paperwork to the beneficiary on file, and help to expedite the claim.
Benefit schedules are provided to ministers upon their transfer into the District, or upon receipt of their credential. For questions, or to request a beneficiary form, contact Becky Pucher at bpucher@potomacag.org or by calling 703-753-0300.
