Potomac District Council Assemblies of God
LDR COHORT

The Leadership Development Cohorts were developed by Dr. Mel Ming of the Northwest Ministry Network and Steve Mills, designer of the "We Build People" program.  Leadership Development Cohorts are process-based and built on the adult-learner model. (Check out the "Cohort Comparison" resource on the media page to learn the differences between the different cohort groups we are offering.)  A full-color PDF brochure is also available on the media page. These cohorts will be located in each region of the district.  The initial presentation team will include Ken Burtram, Gary Butler, Tedd Manning and Wayne Rimmer.  Participation in one of the Leadership Development Cohorts requires that each pastor bring at least three additional leaders to the sessions (those who bring 4-10 leaders have an even greater rate of success). Please note that staff pastors may only participate if their lead/senior pastor also participates.  The Leadership Development Cohorts will meet five times per year on an every-other-month basis.  Cost is a one-time fee of $50 plus the purchase of materials.  For more information contact Gary Butler.

All sessions begin at 9:00 AM and end at 3:00 PM
