THE GROW TEAM INITIATIVE
THE POTOMAC DISTRICT IS BLESSED TO HAVE AT ITS DISPOSAL GIFTED MEN OF GOD WHO HE HAS RAISED UP IN THIS SEASON TO IMPLEMENT HIS PRIORITIES. As we navigate together the priority of planting churches to build His Kingdom, it is imperative that we construct the organizational infrastructure, which will promote exponential planting. God has historically worked through the concept of cooperative team. Therefore, in our efforts to maximize His opportunities and our potential we have recently developed a core team of Division Directors in the Church Development Department who will assist us in our efforts locally, nationally and globally. Please pray for our GROW team leaders and other Pastors who will be recruited to help them as part of the larger Church Planting Catalyst Team.

GUIDING AND DIRECTING INITIATIVES » Policy Planning Director » Keith Edwards
With the help of the Church Planting Catalyst team and counsel of our District leadership, we seek to propel God’s ordained strategy to plant exponentially and to inspire pastors to implement His plan through appropriate policies and directives.
RESOURCING » Resource Development Director » Paul Drost
We will continue to research and to tap into new and existing means of resourcing our church planting efforts to include practical training and assessment through Boot camps/seminars, and procurement of necessary financial funding.
ORGANIZING PLANTING NETWORKS » Network Development Director » Terry Broadwater
Our desire is to connect the leading Planters (Fathers/Sons) together in relational networks to foster greater faith and enthusiasm for exponential planting locally, regionally and around the world.
WATCHING AND PRAYING » Opportunity Development Director » Gerard Ruff
We will remain open to the direction of the Spirit of the Lord to new possibilities and new areas for establishing new churches that reach new people. All of our efforts will be bathed in prayer and facilitated by the Spirit of God.
