Credentialing

The Potomac District requires all first-time applicants to attend an intake interview along with their pastor.  Your presbyter will conduct the interview.   To enter the process, request a Credential Applicant Survey by email: bpucher@potomacag.org.  Include your name, mailing address, and home church.  The survey is not available for download at this time.
