How secure is this online directory?

Our online directory is managed Shelby Systems WebView, and is safe and secure.  Each person has their own unique login and password that guarantees protection against unauthorized access.  The only persons provided access to the directory are Potomac District ministers and churches.

How do I login?

Enter your username and password provided by our office.  If you have misplaced or forgotten your information, you may request it again by emailing webmaster@potomacag.org.

How do I use the directory?

Click on the Directory tab; you will see a search function and an alphabetical list.  You may enter a name in the search box, or click directly on a letter of the alphabet to view listings.

Can I change my password?

Yes.  Click on the Personal Profile tab, and scroll down to view the bottom right of the page.  Click on ‘Change Password’ and enter your new password.  The page will refresh with an option to enter your new password, and re-enter new password.  Then click ‘update’ at the bottom of the page.

Can I hide my address, phone number or email?

Yes, if you are listed as the ‘head of household’ in our records.  Click on the Personal Profile tab, and scroll down to view the ‘Directory Security’ section of the page.  You may choose here which items to be visible to other viewers.  If this option is not available to you, contact our office, and we will work with you to customize your settings according to your desires.

How can I submit an address, phone or email change?

Click on the Personal Profile tab, type in the updated information, and click ‘Update’ at the bottom of the page.  The update will become visible in the online directory as soon as our office synchronizes the changes.
