PASTOR GROUPS/COHORTS
Contact Gary Butler today about how you and your church can participate in an exciting growth and transformational learning experience. Our district is offering TWOcohort group options, plus you can also join one of our Pastor Growth Groups, or order an NCD Survey to get an accurate health assessment for your church!
This cohort will meet in a single location for all district participants, and Dr. Wayne Lee will lead the process. The cohort will meet six times per year on an every-other-month basis. Please contact Gary Butler for additional information. The cost for participation is a commitment of $100 per month plus the purchase of materials. The sessions are held at Trinity A/G in Lutherville, MD.For more information click HERE.
The Leadership Development Cohorts were developed by Dr. Mel Ming of the Northwest Ministry Network and Steve Mills, designer of the "We Build People" program. These cohorts will be located in each region of the district. The presentation team includes Ken Burtram, Gary Butler, Tedd Manning and Wayne Rimmer. Participation in one of the Leadership Development Cohorts requires that each pastor bring at least three additional leaders to the sessions (more is better). The Leadership Development Cohorts will meet five times per year on an every-other-month basis. Cost is a one-time fee of $50 plus the purchase of materials. There are five Pastor Growth Groups already in operation in our district, with Gary Butler leading each session. These are once-a-month meetings where participants study 13 Key Traits for Successful Pastors. Each session features a PowerPoint presentation, extensive handout notes and interactive discussions. The NCD survey is an internationally-recognized tool for assessing church health. By using this tool you can discover the level of health in your church in eight key categories. Each survey comes complete with your church health profile, implementation manual, minimum factor assessment, and self-study questions to help you and your leadership team make improvements to your weakest area.
