For the first year of the Church Life (Lee) Cohort participation is by invitation only. However, please contact Gary Butler if you are interested in participating in the Church Life Cohort. For the initial class we are in the process of recruiting roughly 40 pastors/churches which have a reasonable degree of health who are interested in moving up to the next level and who are also interested in coaching other pastors in the future.

| 7) |
Who may attend the LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COHORTS (MING)?
The Leadership Development Cohorts (Ming) are open to any church of any size willing to commit to a two-year involvement and who are willing to meet the following conditions:
- Lead/senior pastors MUST bring at least THREE additional leaders from their church to the cohorts. You are encouraged to bring all staff pastors and other church leaders. The pastors who bring a significant group will have a significant advantage. A large church should bring the entire staff so that the whole team is on the same page. Small and medium-size churches should bring several key church influencers.
- Staff pastors and other church leaders may attend ONLY if their senior pastor has also committed to join. Staff pastors and other leaders must make the same commitments as the senior/lead pastor.
- Spouses of all are encouraged to attend with their partner, and are encouraged to make the same commitments.
