Guide/Direct, Resource, Organize Networks and Watch for new opportunities to partner Planters together in relational networks for the exponential planting of churches locally, regionally and around the world.

A three-day training event designed by the Church Multiplication Network to adequately prepare leaders who want to plant a church or start a new church campus. Launch is the starting point in the process of planting a new, healthy church.

Rob Seagears has served as the Church Planting Director of the Potomac Ministry Network since 2006. Over the last 8 years he has helped in the facilitation and coordination of planting over 50 churches. Rob is also the Lead Pastor of Christ Chapel MOUNTAINTOP, which he and his wife Linda planted in 2004.  Through the ministry of MOUNTAINTOP, they have been able to facilitate the planting of South County AG, MOUNTAINTOP Eveyeme, W. Africa, MOUTNAINTOP Espanol, and most recently, MOUNTAINTOP The Church at Skyline in Front Royal, VA.

Rob and Linda have been married 28 years and have 4 children and 1 grandchild. Their desire is to "Finish Strong" for Christ and the Kingdom of God by staying faithful to the Lord, their family, pastoral calling at MOUNTAINTOP, and continuing to serve the fellowship through Church Planting initiatives.
